Order Form Instructions:
Step 1. Click

Step 2. Click the save button to save the excel spreadsheet to your computer as indicated by a red arrow in the screenshot below.
Step 3. Navigate to the location you wish to save the spreadsheet. To save the order form to your desktop, choose "Desktop" on the left and click "Save" as indicated by red arrows in the screenshot below.
Step 4. After downloading the spreadsheet you can open it with excel and begin adding your gift recipients to the spreadsheet.
Step 5. Once you have completed the order form spreadsheet email it to us as an attachment. Email the order form to
